The other day, Neil and Ruby enjoyed completos -- hotdogs with avocado and mayo. Note the handy completo stands.
The Danés Cafe serves the best kuchen in town. Our dessert today consisted of the following cakes: nuez (nuts), frambuesa con migas (raspberry with crumble topping), tres leches, and chocolate con manjar (chocolate with caramel). Those are cafe cortados on the table, Chile's national coffee drink.
We were warm and happy, recuperating from our fabulous rafting trip (more to come...)
