One of Ecuador's most famous delicacies is roast guinea pig.
Neil had cuy soup the other day. The rest of us haven't found the "right" moment to sample cuy. Take our poll and let us know if you would eat cuy or not!
When Chris had cuy in a fancy restaurant, he tried to cut it with a knife, and the waiter came over and told him to just tear it with his hands. The thing LOOKED like a flattened guinea pig still! Chris kept saying "I used to have a pet guinea pig" and sadly was eating it.. :)
